Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the website stradini.com (“STRADINI”) processes when you visit it, why we process it and what rights you have. The website is operated by the STRADINI operator.
1. What data we process and why
We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use the website, the following may be processed:
- Technical data and server logs. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time of the visit. We need them to deliver the website and keep it secure. They are processed by our hosting provider.
- Visit counter. To show how often articles are read, we store the identifier of the page and a short-term technical record (derived from the IP address) that prevents counting the same visitor more than once per day. The records are kept in a size-limited log in which the oldest entries are overwritten. We do not use them to identify visitors or to build profiles.
- Google Analytics. We use it to measure traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device). It uses cookies and collects pseudonymous data. Where the law requires, it runs only with your consent.
- Google AdSense (advertising). The website displays ads served by Google and its partners. See section 2.
- Calendar app (PWA). If you install the app, your browser stores files on your device so that the site also works offline, and small values in local storage. These let us anonymously count how many devices were offered the installation, installed the app and opened it (at most once per day per device). No personal data is sent.
- Embedded content. Videos, social-media feeds or the online radio may be loaded from third parties (for example YouTube or Instagram). When such content loads, the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Their privacy policies apply.
- Chatbot. If you use the chatbot, the text you type is sent to an external AI service provider to generate an answer. Please do not enter personal data into the chat.
- Contact. If you write to us, we process your e-mail address and your message to reply to you.
2. Advertising (Google AdSense)
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our website and/or other websites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of the use of cookies by third-party vendors for personalised advertising at aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.com. More information about how Google uses data from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalised ads are shown only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw in the consent message of this website.
3. Cookies and local storage
The website uses:
- Necessary – technical storage that makes the website and the app work (for example offline files and the anonymous app usage counters).
- Analytics – Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*).
- Advertising – cookies of Google and its partners used to serve and measure ads.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may limit certain features. You can also prevent Google Analytics from measuring your visits with the browser add-on.
4. Legal basis
- Technical data, security and the visit counter: our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Google Analytics and personalised advertising: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before.
- Contact: our legitimate interest in answering your message, or taking steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
5. How long we keep data
- Server logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.
- Visit counter records: in a rolling log; the oldest entries are overwritten automatically. Aggregated view counts contain no personal data.
- Google Analytics and advertising data: for the periods set in the respective Google accounts and cookies.
- Messages to us: until the matter is resolved, then deleted unless the law requires longer retention.
6. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Data may be processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited and affiliated companies), our hosting provider, providers of embedded content and the AI service provider of the chatbot. Some of them may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the United States, on the basis of safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country (in Slovakia: Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, dataprotection.gov.sk). To exercise your rights, contact us: Contact.
8. Children
The website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. Questions: Contact.
