This summer, we took a trip to a legendary spot in the VW scene—Lake Wörthersee, home to the VW Golf MK2 GTI statue. For many years, this place was a gathering spot for the European community of VW fans. It was an experience to be there and see this iconic statue. The atmosphere was literally charged with nostalgia and pure automotive passion. The surrounding countryside and the presence of other enthusiasts only underscored the uniqueness of this iconic spot.
